Grade CD: £11.79 - £12.38 per hour, £22,737 - £23,893 per annum full time equivalent, SEND GTA Pay: £16,093 - £16,898 per annum pro rata (Plus SEN allowance) GTA PAY: £6,437 - £10,139 per annum pro rata

What skills and experience we're looking for

SEND GTA Roles

Sicklinghall:

We are looking to appoint an inspirational member of staff who will provide 1:1 support to a KS1 pupil as needed. You will be providing 1:1 support within a classroom setting, encouraging the pupil, they are a calm pupil who thrives on consistency, receiving support from familiar, trusted members of support staff.

At Sicklinghall we have two pupils at our school who currently receive 1:1 support, to allow for some variation for both the pupils and staff there will be the opportunity to work with a different pupil than you predominantly support.

Admiral Long CE Primary School:

We are seeking a skilled member of staff who will provide 1:1 support to a KS2 pupil as well as providing support in KS1 and Early Years as needed. The 1:1 support will be provided in a classroom setting.

Preferred SEND Experience:

  • An understanding of Autism, ADHD, Trauma, Early Help, and Down Syndrome.

GTA Roles

We seek part-time, flexible members of staff to provide support across various classes assisting with maths interventions and phonics. As well as monitoring pupils in our outdoor areas during lunch and break times.

We are looking for:

  • A skilled professional who has an engaging and dynamic style of leading interventions
  • Someone who has the drive and ambition to make sure our children achieve their very best, promoting excellence within the class and Key Stage and sharing expertise across the federation
  • A character who has the drive to lead change to ensure that all children succeed
  • A Teaching Assistant with a flair for primary education who will embrace challenges of supporting SEND children
  • A positive character who has initiative and is self-motivated, willing to embrace change for the benefit of all children
  • A Teaching Assistant who will notice the children and intervene accordingly, offering ideas
