L5 Site Agent
Location: Bramingham Primary School
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (52 weeks per year)
Hours: 37 hours per week shift pattern
Working Pattern: Monday and Friday 7.10am – 11:00am & 2.30pm -6.10pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:15am – 11:20am & 2:30pm – 5:45pm
Holidays: 26 days increasing to 31 days after 5 years’ service plus bank holidays.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Agent to join our team. This is a key role in ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation of the school premises. You will be responsible for site maintenance, health and safety compliance, and ensuring the school environment remains welcoming and well-maintained for pupils, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the security, cleanliness, and maintenance of the school site.
- Carry out minor repairs, routine maintenance, and health & safety checks.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for larger maintenance projects.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Manage site resources and stock levels.
- Support school events and lettings, ensuring the premises are prepared as needed.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience in site management, caretaking, or a similar role.
- A good understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Strong practical skills for maintenance and minor repairs.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.
