Site and Lettings Assistant job summary


An exciting opportunity to join Maiden Erlegh Chiltern Edge as a Site and Lettings Assistant. This part time vacancy is suitable for a flexible candidate who is able to work afternoons and evenings, and potentially occasional Saturdays to cover lettings. The role is for 20 hours per week, term time only, plus 2 inset days. The 20 hours will be worked around current lettings commitments, school evening events, and are subject to change. Currently the hours are:

Mondays: 6pm-10pm

Tuesdays to Fridays - 3pm-7pm

This role involves being the point of contact on site for all lettings after school hours, and will be essential to ensure the safe locking up of the school. The successful candidate will be part of the Premises Team and be responsible for carrying out site duties and repairs where required.
