As Site and Premises Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and security of the school’s buildings and grounds. This is a hands-on position that requires excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a flexible approach to problem-solving. We’re seeking an enthusiastic, resourceful individual who is:

  • Experienced in site or facilities management (ideally within an education setting, though not essential).
  • Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations and building maintenance.
  • Skilled in basic DIY and repair work.
  • A confident communicator, capable of working independently and leading a small team.
  • Flexible and willing to respond to occasional out-of-hours requirements.
  • Committed to upholding the values and ethos of our school community.
