Site Assistant job summary

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Site Assistant to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our pupils, staff, and visitors. This permanent role offers 36 hours per week across 52 weeks, with 27 days of holiday. You’ll play a key part in managing the school’s facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the site. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, reliable, and committed to upholding our values of Trust, Kindness, and Endeavour. Split shifts are preferred, but we welcome enquiries about alternative arrangements.
