Site Assistant job summary

Required as soon as possible, the Governors of this high achieving, oversubscribed school seek to appoint a Site Assistant who will support the Site Supervisor with maintaining a high level of security, safety, repair and cleanliness throughout the school and its grounds. The postholder will be responsible for completing general maintenance and repairs throughout the school and its grounds in order to enhance the learning environment for students and staff.
What are we looking for?
- The successful candidate will have previous relevant experience, ideally with knowledge of a relevant trade e.g. plumbing, joinery, building or electrical.
- A knowledge of Health and Safety is essential to this role as well as being able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
