What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a professional and self-motivated individual with good practical maintenance experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to be flexible. Working as part of the Site team, candidates should be able to work proactively and independently to ensure the efficient operation of the Academy campus.

Immediate start is available subject to DBS, health checks and references. The post is full time (37 hours per week) 52 weeks per year on Single Status Grade 6 which is currently £24,703 - £25,545. The working hours will be on a rolling early and late shift pattern, 6.30am – 2.30pm and 11.30am – 7.30pm Monday to Friday Occasionally, flexibility will be required in relation to working hours to cover sickness or annual leave. This can be discussed further at interview.

We are a split site, semi-rural, mixed 11-18 non-selective converter academy with approximately 1630 students, including over 250 students in our Sixth Form.
