At our brand new Whipman Woods Flying High Academy, we will ‘Make Every Day Count’ and we are looking for a Site Manager to embody this as part of our school team.
We are proud of our role in our community and the Site Manager is a fundamental part of this - presenting an inspiring site and building strong relationships with our children and families, and support our three Flying High Principles:
Working Together
To play a key role in our school team - working closely with our School Business Lead and Headteacher to plan maintenance and development of our school site, presenting the school to the highest standards, as well as working with our teaching colleagues, and managing contractual workers as and when necessary.
Excellence Everyday
To take pride and ownership of our school environment, from ensuring our children are safe and secure, through maintaining a clean and well-presented site and building, keeping the building running, all the way to managing and completing projects where appropriate to enhance the provision for our children.
Innovation
To be proactive about solving site related problems and look for opportunities to improve the environment; demonstrating continual improvement of the functional, educational and aesthetic appearance of the school.
