Site Manager

Required from October/November 2023.

Part time, 20 hours per week, 52 weeks per year including 27 days leave

Grade E FTE, £24,496 - £26,845.  Actual salary £13,240 - £14,509

Typical working pattern, 7am - 11am term time. 

Flexibility required during school holidays to pool hours working, 8am - 4:30pm when required during school holidays, 

Due to the retirement of our current Site Manager, we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and self-motivated Site Manager to maintain our school site to a high standard, and provide an attractive, clean, safe and secure environment in which our school community can thrive.  The role is varied including, security, health and safety, maintenance, safety checks, assisting with and supervising cleaning.

Are you able to prioritise and multi-task effectively?

Do you have good communication skills?

Do you have the relevant experience and good practical skills in building maintenance?

Are you able to demonstrate adherence to Health & Safety policies and procedures?

Are you able undertake safety checks and maintain records?

Do you have experience of managing staff and liaising with contractors?
