We have a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Site Manager to join the Site Team in the North to be based at Parkwood E-ACT Academy.
Key responsibilities
- To be responsible for the structural upkeep and maintenance of all areas of the academies including the buildings, grounds and plant machinery.
- To ensure equipment, facilities, sports areas and classrooms meet the needs of the academies.
- To work closely with the relevant senior leaders and Estates Business Partner to establish priorities, plan developmental projects and implement the appropriate works
- To lead on the Academies H&S meetings on a quarterly basis with support from the Estates Business Partner.
- To manage the Cleaning Team with effective monitoring and reviewing processes

SCP19-28 - £29,777 - £36,648
