Roving Site Manager – Full -Time
37 hours

Elm CofE Primary School and Marshland St James Primary & Nursery School are seeking a skilled, caring and enthusiastic site manager to join our welcoming and supportive team .
We are looking for a practical and energetic person who would undertake caretaking and site management duties before and after the school day including periodic work outside of term time. We are looking for a reliable, flexible and motivated individual to engage positively with our wider school community, including staff, parents, pupils and external visitors.
Duties include security, compliance, supervising of school site & general caretaking.
The successful candidate will:
- have experience in site or facilities management
- have experience working in building or property maintenance services
- be competent in basic building repairs and maintenance
- have the ability to problem solve
- be proactive
- be a team player, with a ‘can do’ solution focused attitude
- possess outstanding communication skills and personal integrity
