Roving Site Manager – Full -Time

37 hours

Elm CofE Primary School and Marshland St James Primary & Nursery School are seeking a skilled, caring and enthusiastic site manager to join our welcoming and supportive team .

We are looking for a practical and energetic person who would undertake caretaking and site management duties before and after the school day including periodic work outside of term time. We are looking for a reliable, flexible and motivated individual to engage positively with our wider school community, including staff, parents, pupils and external visitors.

Duties include security, compliance, supervising of school site & general caretaking.

The successful candidate will:

have experience in site or facilities management
have experience working in building or property maintenance services
be competent in basic building repairs and maintenance
have the ability to problem solve
be proactive
be a team player, with a ‘can do’ solution focused attitude
possess outstanding communication skills and personal integrity
