Site Manager - Permanent job summary
Due to promotion and retirement Outwood Academy Ripon seeks applications from outstanding candidates with the drive, high expectations and commitment to sustain and improve our excellent Academy. The successful candidates will be proactive, have integrity and the desire to ensure our facilities sustain the high expectations to provide a high-quality educational environment that puts students first.
We are looking to appoint a permanent and temporary Site Supervisor to work as part of a team ensuring the site is secure, tidy and well maintained, rooms are set out as per requests, and adherence to health and safety requirements, supervision of contractors when on site and completion of site compliance tasks. The successful candidate would ideally have experience of site maintenance or a related trade.
Key holder duties and on call duties will apply to this role as well as occasional evening and weekend work. Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, able to work as part of a team and committed to making a difference to improving the teaching environment of our students.
Driving may be required within this role.
