Site Manager job summary
The Site Manager will be a part of our Estates Team located in the West Midlands. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Headteachers and Cleaning Operatives for all estate-related matters. You will work closely with the Trust Estates Manager and play a vital role in ensuring that minor building repairs are carried out and statutory compliance is met on site.
Ideally, candidates should have experience in site management within an educational and/or multi-site setting. However, what's most important is possessing the relevant skill sets, health and safety knowledge, business acumen, employee management skills, flexibility, and a determination to make a positive impact within our Trust.
As we secure the necessary funding for significant premises and building improvements, you will assist the Estates Manager in project managing this work and ensuring high-quality service delivery to all stakeholders. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role. We are seeking a dedicated team player with excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize workload with a high level of drive and resilience.
