    Your mission as site manager:

    You’ll be at the heart of maintaining and improving our school’s facilities, ensuring they’re safe, secure, and always at their best. Key responsibilities include:

    • Leadership & collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to manage school access, support lunchtime logistics, and oversee the cleaning team.
    • Problem-solving & maintenance: Take ownership of repairs, contractor management, and compliance tasks, always with an eye on health and safety.
    • Facilities management: Keep systems like alarms, lighting, and heating running smoothly, while ensuring our site is pristine and welcoming.
    • Development & growth: Learn new skills, share your knowledge, and help us achieve excellence in everything we do.

About us

St Norbert’s is smaller than average, with around 130 children from 3 to 11, including mixed-year classes and nursery, but we have big ideas! We know that each child is special, and we provide plenty of opportunities for every child to excel.

We were judged ‘Outstanding’ in our most recent Diocesan Canonical inspection (March 2022) and we are currently rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted (March 2019).

We are part of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, bringing together the 36 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in Lincolnshire, Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire.
