What skills and experience we're looking for
As Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to manage school access, ensuring gates are opened and secured at appropriate times.
- Supporting staff with lunchtime resources and overseeing cleaning services.
- Independently addressing maintenance tasks with a proactive and methodical approach, ensuring health, safety, and safeguarding standards are upheld.
- Learning and developing new skills, and sharing your expertise with colleagues.
- Handling competing demands with flexibility and clear communication.
- Playing a key role in ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards of safety and security for our school’s facilities.
- Carrying out general building repairs and supporting contractors where necessary.
- Collaborating with the Headteacher, the Trust Director, and the Trust Central Team to deliver a high-quality learning environment.
A solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations is essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively across the school community.
