What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a knowledgeable and motivated professional into the new role of Site Services Supervisor. Reporting to the Premises Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the site team to maintain a safe, secure, and well-maintained school environment, which is essential for the delivery of outstanding learning experiences. The role involves a varied and flexible approach to work, and the ability to manage competing priorities will be crucial. The Site Services Supervisor will be expected to work as part of a collaborative team while also taking the initiative and working independently when required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and IT skills, be highly organised, and have a good level of competence in both English and Maths. You will supervise and support the site team to ensure the smooth running of the school’s facilities, and will also need to be flexible, as the hours of work may vary between 6.00am and 7.00pm depending on the needs of the school. Occasional evening and weekend work may also be required.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but we welcome applicants with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the success of our school community.
