Site Superintendent job summary
Armley Park Primary School is looking to appoint a Site Superintendent to join our strong school team. This is a permanent, all year round post.
This post is to work under the direction of the Estates Manager and Headteacher to ensure school premises are maintained to a high standard – including cleanliness, routine maintenance, Health and Safety, minor repairs, and leading a small team of cleaners. This post will suit candidates who are highly motivated, have the best outcomes for children at heart, have a keen eye for detail, and are able to lead and direct a small team. The successful candidate will be joining a like-minded and friendly school team. As part of Owlcotes Multi-Academy Trust, we have access to a network of Lead Practitioners who are equipped to support the successful candidate in developing their career.
Successful applicants will undergo an enhanced DBS check prior to employment and will abide by Owlcotes Multi-Academy Trust's policies and procedures and Armley Park Primary School's safeguarding and child protection policies.
The deadline for applications for this role is 01/11/2021. Interviews will take place on 05/11/2021 and during week commencing 08/11/2021.
