Job role: Catering, cleaning and site management
Visa sponsorship: Visas cannot be sponsored
Working pattern: Full time: All Year Round (Working hours include weekends and shift work 5 in 7 days)
Contract type: Permanent
Full-time equivalent salary: £26,421 - £29,777 per annum

What skills and experience we're looking for

Experience

Handyperson experience in a work setting (Essential)

Working in an educational setting (Desirable)

Caretaking or Site Keeping Experience (Desirable)

Relevant maintenance (Desirable)

Skills (Essential)

Literacy skills to complete forms and orders, write instructions and communicate effectively via helpdesk and e-mail.

Willingness to keep self up to date with the pertinent information and local initiatives.

Respond to feedback.

Pass on knowledge and techniques to others.

Willingness to develop knowledge and use of ICT and other specialist equipment/resources.

Ability to operate cleaning equipment, machinery and tools and undertake basic maintenance.
