Site Supervisor job summary
37 hours per week Monday to Friday: 7am – 3pm (including an unpaid 30 minute break)
Split shifts would be also be considered: 7am – 11am / 2pm – 5pm
The Site Supervisor role reports into our Business & Operations Manager and working alongside our in-house cleaning team. We are looking for someone with a can-do mindset, adaptable to the day-to-day life of a primary school and knowledgeable and proactive in the maintenance of our school building and grounds, ensuring our pupils can gain the very best education possible on our site. You should also possess the ability to undertake minor repairs independently when appropriate, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal use of resources.
You will also be welcomed into a wider Premises / Site Team who operate across Red Kite Learning Trust. Our Trust consists of 16 schools across Harrogate and Leeds and our Premises Teams collaborate as a group when needed, as well as supporting each other individually to ensure we are delivering the very best for our customers.

About You
To be a great fit for this role, you will ideally have;
- Prior experience in a premises / maintenance role
- Experience of supporting general trade tasks
- Be proactive, solution focussed and demonstrate care and attention ensuring our school is fully compliant
- Possess excellent organisational and communication skills
- Share our commitment to providing a safe, efficient, and well-maintained learning environment for all our students, staff, and visitors
