Site Supervisor job summary
We are seeking to appoint a committed Site Supervisorto work within our site team. Reporting to the Site Manager, the Site Supervisor will be responsible for the maintenance and security of the school premises and site, ensuring a safe working environment. The ideal candidate may already have experience of working in a school environment however, the prime requirement is that they are personable, friendly, adaptable and able to work both within a team and on their own initiative. This is a busy and demanding position which the right candidate will find rewarding.
The person appointed will be able to communicate at all levels, with students, staff, parents and the local community as necessary. Normal working hours are on a rotating shift pattern of 6.00am to 2.30pm and 11:00pm to 7:30pm. There will be the need to adapt these hours on occasion to suit the needs of the school. This is a 52 week contract and will include working during school holidays.
