Early Years Teacher/ Key Stage 1 Lead and Phonics Lead
Are you an enthusiastic and committed Early Years teacher ready for the next step in your career? If so, we would like to meet you.
Due to our Early Years Teacher venturing overseas, we are looking for an experienced Early Years Teacher to lead our youngest pupils as well as to lead Key Stage 1 and phonics to start in September. The successful candidate must be able to build positive relationships with their pupils and will actively promote the school values – Respect, Responsibility and Resilience. You must also be willing and able to build on our Good OFSTED report (Dec ’22) which stated:
‘Children in Reception get off to a good start. Children learn in a happy, secure environment, where they have warm relationships with staff. Leaders ensure that there is high-quality provision for children’s academic and personal development. Staff prioritise children’s communication and language learning.’
We can offer:
• A school that promotes a love of learning and puts our pupils first
• A driven school, who continuously want to raise standards
• A school that encourages its teachers and leaders to develop
• A school in which staff and children are proud to be part of
• A welcoming community
• A trust who values its staff and provides CPD opportunities for all teachers
Hall Meadow Primary School is proud to be part of the InMAT family of schools.
We warmly welcome visits to the school where there will be the opportunity to discuss the role further with the Headteacher. Please contact Patricia Costello in the school office to book a visit.
Closing date is Wednesday 26th April.
“This organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
