Site Supervisor job summary
Site Supervisor

Pay Grade / Salary: Scale Point 7-10 plus Local Government Pension Scheme
We are seeking applicants to take responsibility for the general maintenance around the school building and grounds. The post holder will also ensure relevant health and safety procedures are adhered to. The post holder will be manged by the School Business Manager and have support from the office staff and wider school team.
The role may include various maintenance duties such as : maintenance and repairs, plumbing repairs and painting. In addition the post holder must take a keen interest in H&S to ensure the ongoing safety of the site.
The successful applicant will have:
- A good standard of practical knowledge of and skills in routine maintenance.
- be a good team worker, but able to work on their own initiative
