Location: Based at Scarborough University Technical College (SUTC), but supporting the wider Trust Site Team

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week

Our Opportunity

We are looking to appoint a key colleague to join us as the new Site Supervisor at SUTC. The successful candidate will need to be flexible, reliable and have a can-do attitude. The role will cover responsibilities at SUTC, but work as a wider site team supporting other schools within the Trust.

As Site Supervisor you will have responsibility for ensuring the security of the building and site and keep everything running smoothly. You will organise and direct site staff and work programmes alongside carrying out maintenance jobs.

You will be a brilliant problem solver, comfortable at making decisions quickly and putting them into action.

You will have excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with contractors, external organisations and school staff.

You will also be a practical person who enjoys hands-on work.

You will offer great customer service to all commercial users of the premises whilst ensuring the site is always safe, compliant, and operational.
