Site Supervisor (Weekend) job summary

All year. 15 hours per week. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) 8.00am -4.00pm.

We’re excited to offer an opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference every day. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our school site—making sure it’s always safe, secure, and well-maintained for our students, staff, and visitors. You’ll be at the heart of creating a clean, welcoming, and inspiring environment where learning can truly thrive. This is a role full of variety, giving you the chance to take on hands-on tasks, solve problems on the go, and make independent decisions that really count. You’ll work closely with a supportive team of staff, leaders, and contractors who all share the same goal: providing the best possible environment for our school community. Every task you take on—big or small—will have a visible, positive impact. If you’re someone who takes pride in your work and enjoys being part of a team that values what you do, we’d love to hear from you.

You will be joining an experienced team that includes the Premises Manager, Deputy Premises Manager, two Site Supervisors, and two Weekend Site Supervisors. You’ll be fully supported by all departments as you help us continue to building an exceptional school environment. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made — from significantly improving our safety compliance and speeding up our response times, to successfully completing a major refurbishment project. It’s an exciting time to join us!"
