About this role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Site Manager to take responsibility of our college premises. You will work closely with our Estates Team to ensure that the college is fully compliant in all matters concerning Health and Safety. You will also receive training and support from an experienced Estates Lead so you can develop your knowledge and skills whilst in post.
The successful applicant will be able to lead a small team, have strong organisational and communication skills and would need to be able to use computer software competently. These skills should be demonstrated within all applications.
Suitable candidates will need to have a good knowledge of Health and Safety requirements, previous site management or supervisor experience is essential for this role.
This is an exciting stage in the life of the academy. Bodmin College's site is being redeveloped through an ambitious building programme. It is expanding provision for children with SEND within its Area Resource Base in collaboration with Cornwall Council.

We are hopeful that this award will assist us in continuing to develop the learning environment for all our students and staff. It is a long term project which will help us to deliver our vision for excellent education in the local area.
