We are looking to recruit a Sixth Form Learning Mentor to join the school’s outstanding Sixth Form team. This is a key role in the Sixth Form team; mentoring sixth form students to ensure they make outstanding progress in their academic studies.

The role also includes monitoring performance and attendance of students and developing positive attitudes to learning. We are looking for someone who has the ability to inspire and motivate students, possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is passionate about supporting young people through this crucial stage of their education and development. We welcome applicants from a wide range of training and employment backgrounds and can consider a job share. You will join a team with two other Learning Mentors and a wider Sixth Form team.

Our Sixth Form achieved an 'Outstanding' judgement from Ofsted in February 2024. 'Pupils aspire to join the impressive sixth form at the school. Students reach levels of scholarship found in university studies and achieve exceptional outcomes' - Ofsted 2024.
