Sixth Form Redevelopment Coordinator job summary
We have a new and exciting opportunity for an additional Sixth Form Administrator to join our Sixth Form Centre. This is a fixed term position until February 2025. This post is being advertised internally, across our Trust. Your existing line manager would need to be in agreement and a discussion will be required on how best to balance the additional hours alongside your existing role.
Within this temporary role, you will be fundamental in the promotion and expansion initiative of our Sixth Form provision. You will assist the Director of Key Stage 5 and existing administrator in preparing marketing materials and planning events with the aim of attracting prospective students. Our sixth form department are excited to be working on a new curriculum proposal and require support in sharing our vision with the community.
The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to; Planning of opening evenings, delivering marketing campaigns, arranging year 11 transition meetings, supporting with year 11 pathways, preparing and resourcing of Sixth Form literature and noticeboards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and an enthusiasm for supporting our young adults. You must have excellent communication skills and display a conscientious and flexible attitude to working as part of a team.
