Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? Do you want to help guide, inspire, and support students at a key point in their education? St Mary’s Catholic School is seeking a dedicated Sixth Form Supervisor to join our welcoming sixth form team.
In our sixth form, students are Loved, Guided, Inspired. We pride ourselves on knowing every student by name and supporting each individual on their unique journey. As our Sixth Form Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in fostering a supportive, aspirational environment for our 16-18 year olds.
About the Role:
- Provide daily supervision and support to sixth form students.
- Act as a non-teaching year leader, meeting pastoral and administrative needs.
- Promote positive behaviour and a calm, productive study environment.
- Carry out key administrative tasks, including taking registers and managing absence requests.
- Support students academically and pastorally, and play an active part in sixth form events.

- Experience working with young people, or transferable skills from other sectors.
- Resilient, confident communicator who can positively challenge and inspire.
- Commitment to supporting our Catholic ethos (role open to all applicants).
- Organised, approachable, and passionate about supporting young people.
