Paddock School is a growing, outstanding and innovative split site school in Roehampton and Putney for pupils with moderate to severe learning difficulties with autism or severe complex learning difficulties. We are based in a green borough and have great transport links. Our thriving community includes a Singing and Signing Choir, a touring theatre group, sports teams and onsite school café open to staff and the local community. We have a fleet of minibuses to support community education as well as our own allotment and have links to the Holly Lodge Centre. We work in collaboration with other outstanding schools in the Local Authority.
We currently have over 216 pupils on roll with approximately 180 staff.
The Governors and Executive Headteacher of Paddock School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Sixth form Unqualified Class teacher to work as part of our team at Paddock School. You will be an outstanding class teacher and enjoy demonstrating your creativity and excellent interpersonal skills in supporting us to work towards our vision – To Nurture, Inspire and Transform Lives.
The successful candidates will maintain, build on and extend established outstanding practice in order to meet each pupil’s individual needs. All staff are provided with bespoke training. The post holder will be accountable to the Head of Department and Head of School.
