The University of Cambridge Primary School is seeking to appoint inspired educators to be key contributors in the development of our new school, which opened in September 2015. We have over 630 children in 2025 and are a large 3 form primary school.

We are seeking applications from successful Key Stage 1 and 2 teachers who can express a passion for children and education. The applicant may have a National Award in Special Educational Needs Coordination or have the determination to complete this award within three years of the appointment. You will be a confident and passionate primary teacher who has a passionate desire to remove barriers for children who have an educational need. You will love learning yourself. You will be able to demonstrate high expectations, a flexible and resilient attitude to challenge and commitment to providing irresistible learning opportunities for all children. You will have the interpersonal skills to model empathy, respect, trust, courage, and gratitude within a framework in which everyone is ambitious, innovative and inclusive.
