What skills and experience we're looking for

At All Saints there is a strong mandate from Governors and the Headteacher for improvement within SEND provision. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SENDCo from primary, secondary or other school setting to join our passionate Leadership Team in driving forwards change. As we embark on this new phase we recognise the need for our new SENDCo to have the capacity to succeed in this role, so there will be no directed teaching commitment.

What the school offers its staff

All Saints is a highly successful, oversubscribed, 11-18 Catholic Voluntary Academy within the StClare CMAT. The last OFSTED inspection in April 2018 judged the school to be Good. As a wholly inclusive school community we share a clear and ambitious vision for high quality education for all. Teachers at all career stages are supported to access innovative and research led CPD and there is a culture of continuous development.
