What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a full time SENDCO with experience of working with students (currently approximately 100 students) with a range of additional needs and a knowledge of SEND provision and support.
You will hold the National SENCO Award or have a willingness to complete the qualification. You will be able to effectively lead and manage the team of Teaching Assistants and work closely with parent/carers and professionals.
