Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator - SENDCo job summary
Post Title: SENCo (FTE 0.4)
As our SENDCo, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience for pupils with SEND. You'll be responsible for coordinating support, developing strategies, and ensuring every child receives the tailored care they deserve. Your expertise will be at the heart of our inclusive ethos, and you'll work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to deliver exceptional outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
A qualified SENDCo or a teacher willing to undertake SENDCo training.
Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and current legislation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
