About Maple Tree Primary School

Maple Tree Primary school is a single form entry primary school with an onsite pre-school, accepting children from age 2-11. We are a kind and positive school that models respect and embraces diversity - where everyone feels safe and is encouraged to be the best they can be.

The Role

This is a highly rewarding part time role, starting in September or as soon as possible after this date.

The role will require excellent communication skills to ensure effective and close working with parents and carers. In addition, the successful applicant will need to liaise with teaching assistants, feeder pre-school settings and external agencies to support the inclusion of children across our primary school.

The ideal applicant will be able to confidently lead and manage an effective SEND team. You will be a passionate, with a comprehensive understanding of children with additional needs, child development and safeguarding.
