What the school offers its staff

Following a review of the Deputy Head’s workload, we are making the role of SENCo a position in its own right. As such, the successful applicant will have support and guidance during the handover period whilst they get to know our children and families and settle in to the role.

Our children and families are also supported by a Family Support Worker and Pupil Premium Champion, and we are a partner school with Blue Smile.

There is a strong commitment to continuing professional development and there are many opportunities to contribute to the ongoing development of the school.
