What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an excellent and highly motivated non-class based SENDCO/ Inclusion Leader to join our team in January 2024.
The successful candidate will be an experienced and outstanding teacher, who is able to plan strategically and manage a team of staff. They will be an effective and confident communicator. They will have experience of working as a SENCO
They will ensure excellent provision and intervention in a mainstream environment that supports all SEND learners to make progress and achieve the best possible outcomes.
They will work alongside the senior leadership team, subject leaders, class teachers and the teaching support team to ensure high quality learning and support across the curriculum, as well as coordinating necessary interventions to ensure outstanding pupil progress.
