We are looking for:
- An enthusiastic and fun-loving SEN teaching assistant with possible experience of working with individual children before.
- Someonewithexcellent communication skillsandthe ability to work collaboratively with all members of the school team.
- Someone with a kind and caring personality that enjoys supporting children to help them try and achieve their aims and fulfil their dreams.
- Supportive of the Christian ethos of the school.

Further details about the role
A minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade A-C, including English and Maths
- Experience of working with children in an educational setting
- A willingness to attend courses as required to enhance the knowledge, understanding and skills to improve the level and quality of support given to pupils and teachers.
- Experience of working with children with special educational needs.
- An understanding of pupils’ individual targets.
- Ability to use discretion
- Excellent personal organisation skills
- Ability to be firm where appropriate
- A team worker
- Good oral communication
