Special Needs Teacher job summary
Required from 1st September 2022, enthusiastic, well-organised and experienced teachers of pupils with SEND to join our fantastic staff team. Excellent communication skills, the ability to modify curricula to meet individual needs and an aptitude to learn quickly are essential.
Our pupils need to be taught by staff who are committed to an unconditional positive regard approach, and have an understanding of social, emotional and mental health needs of pupils with Autistic Spectrum Conditions and learning difficulties. Experience of working with pupils with Autism or learning difficulties is an advantage.
We can offer a strong, child-centred leadership team committed to high standards, offering good induction and wide ranging in-house training. We work in partnership with a wide range of schools and multi-professionals.
