Frank Wise is a high performing school that invests significant energy in ensuring that its staff are able to deliver the very best education possible. We work hard to remove unnecessary administration in order to focus our energies on maximising our impact on learning. As a school with a national reputation for excellence, you will find yourself working in an exceptionally supportive, and intellectually and emotionally stimulating environment, where we work together to enable one another to excel. Experience of Special Education is not essential as we can teach you the skills you need. What we are looking for is people with the right values, who can see the potential in everyone they teach, and who aspire for the very best outcomes.
