WORKING ARRANGEMENTS: Monday to Friday 08:45 to 15:30
Includes 30 minute unpaid break each day

The SpecialEducational Needs and Disabilities Academies Trust (SENDAT) is a Multi AcademyTrust focusing on specialist provision and special schools. Its core aim is toprovide for the continuum of special needs across the Eastern region. All SENDAT schools and alternate provisionshave Trauma Informed practices embedded across the curriculum and SENDAT staffcolleagues are given training and support to develop and use these skills intheir day-to-day working.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a SpecialTeaching Assistant (STA) to join Duke of Lancaster
The successful candidate will supportstudents at Duke of Lancaster, where the curriculum offer is designed around the needs ofstudents.
You willwork as part of a close-knit and supportive SENDAT team to provide a safe andsecure educational and caring environment for students with moderate learningdifficulties. You will help ensure thatthey receive specialist teaching and support tailored which meets theirindividual needs and facilitates their academic progress and personaldevelopment.
As a SENDAT employee, you will be instrumental inproviding a real, positive impact on the educational and life outcomes forstudents with SEND.
