Contract: Permanent, 37 hours per week, term-time plus 2 staff training days

Salary: ALT Grade F - £28,142.00 to £30,024.00

About the role:

This is a key position within our SEND faculty, working closely with the SENDCo and Exams Officer to ensure every student gets the support they need to succeed. You will conduct SEND testing, write cohesive reports and co-ordinate access arrangements for assessments, helping to improve the outcomes and educational experience for those pupils requiring access arrangements.

This role is due to begin in September 2025.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will hold or be willing to study for the relevant course qualifications – Certificate of Competence in Educational Testing (CCET) and Access Arrangements course (AAC), leading the Certificate in psychometric testing, assessment and access arrangements (CPT3A)
  • Will have experience supporting children of all ages, who learn differently
  • Will have knowledge of and application of multiple schemes of testing
  • Will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise their own workload
