You should be able to encourage learning which enables pupils to achieve the highest possible standards as well as share and support the corporate responsibility for the well-being, education and discipline of all pupils. This role also gives opportunity for the successful candidate to work across all Chiltern Learning Trust schools, sharing expertise and good practice. The role provides excellent professional development and networking opportunities.
