An exciting opportunity has arisen for the school to employ a Specialist Learning Mentor. Are you looking to make a real difference in an education setting? If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils, helping them thrive both academically and emotionally. Key responsibilities include:

  • To work with individual/groups of children with EHCPs and those identified with SEND/SEMH needs.
  • To provide tailored one-to-one and group support for pupils with SEND/SEMH needs.
  • To support the delivery of individual education and behaviour plans.
  • To create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning.

The successful candidate will need to have the following:

  • Experience working with children or young people, ideally those with SEND/SEMH needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A compassionate, patient, and proactive attitude.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the school to employ a Learning Support Assistant. You will be expected to work as part of a team in one of our classrooms. The successful candidate will need to have the following:
• An understanding of the school curriculum.
• Experience of developing children’s social skills, communication and language skills and physical skills.
• Be able to work with individuals or small groups of children under the direction of the teaching staff.
You will be expected to work between the hours of 8.30am – 3.30 pm with half an hour lunch, term time only.
