What skills and experience we're looking for

Brookside Academy are seeking to recruit a Specialist Provision Teacher who is passionate about children and learning, enabling every child to achieve their full potential.

In our specialist provision unit, classes are small and adaptive to the wide ranging and complex needs of our pupils. You will need to demonstrate your that you’re a strong and reflective practitioner who can challenge and motivate others, tailoring learning experiences for students with a range of special educational needs.

This position has a great support system of a large team that are supported further by an experienced senior leadership team.

As a Specialist Provision teacher you will be:

- Experienced in developing teaching styles to meet the needs of pupils with additional and complex SEND- Passionate about inclusive education with a collaborative mentality towards teaching
