Has the ability to lead a provision and manage staff in an effective way towards outstanding practice

Is able to reflect and see solutions in daily teaching, in own practice and that of the team.

Can use their initiative to solve problems.

Can share ideas for the adjustment of learning to enable pupils to access the learning effectively.

To build effective trusting relationships with staff, pupils, parents and external agencies.
