Specialist Teaching Assistant (3) (Behaviour) job summary

We are seeking a confident, dedicated Specialist Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic and passionate about their input into a child's education.

The Specialist Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant position will be working 1:1 with pupils with behavioural, emotional and mental health needs.

Ideally, the successful Specialist Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant will have excellent behaviour management skills and desirably some form of restraint training.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience supporting individuals on a 1:1 basis
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
  • A passion for supporting children with additional needs and challenging behaviour
