Specialist Teaching Assistant - ASD Department job summary
We are looking for specialist teaching assistants who, have high expectations and lots of energy!
You need to enjoy
working with children with special educational needs, be resilient, patient, and
able to positively support our amazing pupils. You will be working alongside other
teaching assistants, as well as the class teacher so you must be able to work
in a team. It is essential that the successful candidate is able to communicate
clearly to children and young people in a calm and respectful manner, engage with
the pupils, be reliable and trustworthy and work within the school’s policies,
including child protection and safeguarding.

STA posts are full
time:
Monday: 8:45am –
4:30pm
Tuesday, Wednesday,
and Thursday: 8;45am – 3:45pm
Friday: 8:45am –
3:30pm
