Salary: Ark Support Scale 4, Pts 3-7 £22,737 - £24,293 (£20,427.77 - £21,825.74 pro rata for 37.5 hpw)
Working pattern: 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday, Term Time Only

Ark Charter Academy is seeking a Specialist Teaching Assistant for Reading Intervention to play a pivotal role in supporting students to increase their reading age so that they can access the curriculum at a higher level.
About the role:
As a member of a dynamic team, you will work closely with students whose reading age falls below the national average. You will deliver specialised reading intervention programs to address individual student needs and foster progress so that they can access and engage with the curriculum at an age-appropriate level.
Our ideal candidate will have:
· Strong teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with teachers, parents, and SENCO to create an inclusive learning environment
· A passion for supporting students to achieve their highest level of success
· Excellent communication skills
