What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students, supporting their communication skills, confidence, and access to the curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver Speech and Language Therapy across the waking day curriculum
- To further the holistic development of pupils including functional life skills
- To work Collaboratively with other therapists and teaching staff
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent with license to practice
- Member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapist
- Member of the Health Care Professions Council

Grafham Grange School is a special school set in 42 acres of beautiful Surrey countryside in Grafham. Our school offers education and care for up to 52 students, referred from local authorities across the South of England from the age of 10 to 16 (Year 6 to Year 11).
All our students have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) as their primary identified need, though the majority of students have additional special educational needs such as autistic spectrum conditions; speech, language and communication difficulties; ADHD; opposition defiance; medical conditions and attachment disorders.
