Speech and Language Therapist (Band 5 or 6 - based on experience) job summary
We are looking for a speech and language therapist who is passionate about multi-agency working and excited about the opportunities of working within a team of experienced therapists.
The Rise Partnership Trust (RPT) is a growing trust currently consisting of two outstanding special schools - The Avenue School and Manor School with our third school opening in September 2024
The Trust is committed to our vision ‘championing unique potential’ and we pursue excellence in all that we do; providing the most effective education and therapy provision for all. Every member of the school community, including parents and carers, play a key part in the delivery of the therapy services within RPT schools. Therapists work collaboratively with class teams and parents/carers to embed strategies within pupils’ natural environments. This reflects our belief that therapy is most effective when strategies to promote engagement and communication are incorporated ‘all day, every day’ at school and at home.
